Descripción:

He finds that the colony of sparrows in Renfield's room are gone, along with a few traces of feathers and blood on his pillow. He later finds out that Renfield ate them all, for he becomes very sick later. Seward decides to classify him as a zoophagous, or a life-eating maniac. It also means that Renfield desires to absorb as many lives as possible, which is evident in his pet choices.
