I was watching the news today and it talked about Brexit and how it would focus on British jobs. This could be seen at the opposite of globalization, however if you compare it to the US right now under Trump (who is also focusing on American jobs), it is globalization. If we are talking in terms of political factors you can see similarities in that countries are beginning to have similar policies when it comes to their priorities. So this is a political factor to globalization as countries are beginning to have similar policies.
