The Virginia Company of England had a proposition for someone to sail Virginia in honor of Elizabeth I. The first British settlement in North America. They died from the winter, sickness, and the original tribe killing the settlers after growing tired of them. Peace came once the chiefs daughter married a tobacco farmer.
