The apple 2 was made a little time after the apple 1, in April of 1977. The apple 2 was an 8-bit home computer, and due to this, it was the one of the worlds first highly successful mass produced computer product. It was designed mainly by Steve Wozniak, with the help of Steve Jobs, and other employees within the company. The reason that it was made was because it had many more features and parts that the Apple 1 didn't, making the computer easier to handle, and better overall for people to use as their Personal Computer (PC).
