This act has been drafted by the Constitutes of the Covenant of Richmond to react to the growing 7th graders who wish to join only to end up infuriating the constitutes of this Covenant and force them to enact a policy in order to meet the needs of the common good. We Constitutes of the Covenant of Richmond put forth these articles to react to the problem at hand.
Only 8th graders are allowed to join the Covenant
Only males are permitted to join unless 50% of the Covenant allows them to join.
They must apply to join.
Votes will be held as soon as congress is in order.
Any member is allowed to expel another member.
Must have ground for expulsion.
Must be approved by the President of the Covenant of Richmond
