Good morning Walter,
Please find attached Quotation for additional's as we discussed.
Upon receiving Lab Analysis Report from SafeTech, results indicated cross contamination of mold spores throughout all levels of the property.
After discussing the results with Environmentalist, we have no other option to wipe down and HEPA vacuum all levels and surfaces of the entire property to attempt
air clearance testing.
In addition, partial sub floor in the kitchen ( on both side of the counter ) needs to be replaced as well as heavy microbial affected wood studding in the Basement needs to be cut out.
Upon lifting affected sub floor on the main floor, entire north wall top plates as well as Closet and Bathroom framing was affected by heavy mold growth and can not be cleaned.
Because of all the extra Remediation and Cleaning work to be performed, we need at least till early next week to possibly establish air clearance, keep you updated on the progress.
