1 ene 1971 año - 1971 Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA)

Descripción:

This Act replaced the 1910 Federal Corrupt Practices Act.

The FECA established more stringent disclosure requirements for federal candidates, political parties and political action committees (PACs).

Again, no separate body was created to supervise federal elections or to investigate breaches of the law, and so it was of limited effectiveness.
