After Napoleon was nine, he moved in the main area of France and went to a religious school in January of 1779. Then after 4 months in the school, Napoleon was moved to a military academy. He was bullied from his accent and birthplace. Then on 1984, Napoleon went to the Ecole Militaire to train as an artillery officer.
Soon after, a Revolution emerged in 1789. Him and his family fled to Corsica for about 2 years. He spent those years fighting in the Revolution. He supported the republican Jacobin movement and help organize meetings and clubs in Corsica. He became a captain in the regular army in July of 1792.
