Harry Houdini was an Austro-Hungarian born american stage magician and stunt performer. He first attracted attention in vaudeville in the US and then as Harry Handcuff Houdini On a tour through Europe, where he challenged police forces to keep him locked up. He ended up dying from drowning well doing a trick.
