The Nintendo 64 was Nintendo's was of introducing 3D graphics to it's audience by using well known franchises such as Mario. The 64's storage and memory capabilities were strong like the Playstations, and also including game saving. However, the 64 used more child friendly games like Mario and The Legend of Zelda rather than mature games like Grand Theft Auto. There were many great titles for the 64 including Mario 64, which is still beloved to this day. Furthermore, the 64 was limited to being able to run smaller 3D games, seeing as 3D games were a new genre.
