20 agos 1172 año - Lord Lísik Baksevrik of New Uytilia Creates the Yuerokian School of Languages

Descripción:

The Yuerokian School of Languages is a New Uytilian School that teaches it's students everything about the languages of Yueroki. It teaches them the history of the languages and how to write and speak them. It includes extinct and current languages of Yueroki. The Yuerokian School of Languages was the first of the Schools of Languages. The YSL gave the Kingdom of New Uytilia fame.

The Yuerokian School of Languages was a school within New Uytilia that taught all things regarding the languages of Yueroki, including its spoken histroy, written history, grammer, writing styles, scripts and how to actually use it in public vs. scholary or in writing. The school taught very limited extinct languages and mainly living languages such as Iopon, Oipientian, Aullest, Grossqi, Massaqir, etc. The YSL was one of the first fully dedicated schools of languages and it gave fame to New Uytile.

The school was destroyed by Oipienitan soldiers during the First Hells War as it was seen as a pride of the Uytilian people but it was rebuilt later on under Emperor Xerin Falkot in 1452. He rebuilt it in order to learn the majority of Yuerokian languages. Through the school, the Javician Emperor learned how to speak very well Oipientian, Iopon, Aullest, Wargtofee, Grossqi, Merrician, Larifian, Szahan, Ecradii, Ravosii, and Yuerret.

The school was a trhiving place of culture and philosophy during the Yobalov period and it produced numerous great Yuerokian thinkers. However, the school was turned into a fortress during the Atobastic Reformation and came under control of Atobastic soldiers. It wasn't until 1620 that the soldiers left the school but they built a large monestary before they had left. This made the school become a very important place for Atobastic priests to go learn. The monestary became the St. Yekvos Atobastic School of Yueroki. In 1833, the school was washed away due to flooding and they weren't rebuilt until 1878, with money from Oipienta. The school has been thriving since then with an annual 18,000 students per year graduating all 8 years of the YSL.
