At 0730 of Jan 24, 2005, a body of a male approximately 40-50 years of age was found floating at the coordinates 33°45'20.1"N 118°11'03.7"W and had no clothing or form of identification besides white gloves, black socks and a white undershirt. He was approximately 176 cm tall and weight 54.5 kg. Welts were found on the Sullivan's knees.
