1 ene 1913 año - 1913 - The day before Woodrow Wilson's inauguration, a march on Washington for women's suffrage was organized to protest the continued lack of federal suffrage for women. The women's suffrage thus kicked into high gear, arguing that if a woman is to care for her family, she must do so politically as well as domestically.
