Great Britain and France followed a policy of appeasement. This policy's intended use was to grant concessions to a potential enemy in the hope that it will maintain peace between all of the nations. Unfortunately, appeasement increased the egos of fascist leaders. especially the fascist leader Adolf Hitler. This signed appeasement led to the Hitler's invasion of Poland and Czechoslovakia. The signing of the Treaty of Poland.
