Descripción:

Nagy begins reformation by changing his government to a less strongly communist one (even with non-communist members) .
He negotiated with the soviet union and had a ceasefire in place by noon on the 28th.
Khrushchev amazingly had agreed to this and withdrew Soviet troops from Budapest between the 29th and 31st.
He also released Cardinal Mindszenty
