The Survey Corps of Eldia, led by Eren Yeager, attack the Marleyan capital city of Liberio. In the ensuing battle, the Beast Titan (Zeke Yeager) officially defects to Eldia, and Eren Yeager obtains the War Hammer Titan. The operation is considered a success by Eldia. Much of the Marleyan high command is killed, but that does not stop them. The raid taints Eldias image worldwide, resulting in a global alliance being created by Marley to stop the threat of a resurgent Eldian Empire. From here on out, peace became almost impossible.
