The publication of the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx talked about the war between social classes and mentioned that the struggle among these would end when, inevitably, the working class persevered. It had very little impact at first, but it would eventually affect the world, having an extreme impact on government ideals and set-up in the 20th century. By the 1950s, more than half of the world’s population was under Marxist governments.
