The BCTrust donated $50,000 to the Town, spent $10,000 on due diligence and “got out the vote” for the May Special Town Meeting to acquire the Richards, Howe and Panek land. BCTrust co-owns the development rights (a Conservation Restriction) with the Harvard Conservation Trust on two parcels (Panek land) of Patch Hill totaling 53 acres.
