5 mar 1770 año - Boston Massacre

Descripción:

The Boston Massacre was an incident that occured in 1770 and was used as propoganda for the American Rebels against the British. In reality the incident was probably started by the Americans as they attacked a British soldier who was only simply doing his jobs guarding the Tax office in Boston. Backup was soon called in as Rocks, Snowballs, and Oyster Shells were thrown at the British soldiers until a shot went off (some historians claim this could have been a misfired gun) and the rest of the soldiers panicked and fired into the crowd, believing they had been fired on. Despite all this, it's known that the British Officer in charge at the time ordered his men not to fire, despite the harassment they faced. Later in trial the British Soldiers would be defended by then Lawyer and future Founding Father and President John Adams who accepted the case stating that he believed this was a colony governed by laws.
