The Duma was the Lower House, part of the legislative assembly. They held there meetings in the Taurida Palace . The Duma was formally dissolved on 6 October 1917. We should care because it was Russia's first democratic like house where people had a say in things. This is important because it leads the the Czar demolishing it and leads to the Bloody Sunday massacre.Añadido al timeline:
