Crack Cocaine is a highly addictive cheap form of cocaine sold on the streets to the poor. Crack is usually smoked or snorted and induces a intense euphoric effect for about 10 to 15 minutes. Through years of sentencing we have noticed that crack has disproportionately affected black communities and because of how it's cheap and everywhere. In an attempt to fight it the government razed the minimum sentence.
