The M.E.T.A. team has since disbanded to live normal lives and the Rogue meta's are scattered all over the nation. The Only member who remains working for the CIA in the original team is Red Hot. Crypt resurfaces from his hiding to take vengeance against The CIA and the M.E.T.A. team who disassembled his following. Crypt gathers some rogue meta's to attack the CIA M.E.T.A. Base. This fails partly thanks to Red Hot and most of the rogue meta's following Crypt are arrested and put in a special M.E.T.A. prison and the others abandon Crypt. Crypt only has a handful of followers left. After the Attack, Red Hot tries to get Force back to working for the CIA. Crypt Tries to assassinate Force, his wife and child, and Red Hot to take revenge for all they did to him. Crypt and Psysectic try to assassinate them at night. The Attempt failed as they didn't take into account that his family have powers too like his wife Frost and his son Metallic. That assassination attempt leads Force and Red Hot to track down the other members of the team to bring them together. Crypt tries to gain more meta's to try and bring down the CIA M.E.T.A. program. Behind Crypts back, a meta named Scar breaks the meta's out that were in the M.E.T.A. prison. Due to the large amount of Rogue Meta's under Crypts control he tries to rally them to finally take over the CIA base. The Tiger comes back (his partner Selena dead by the hands of the CIA) to get Crypt out of charge of the meta's. The Tiger convinces everyone that Crypt is not fit to lead and Scar is the one who should get rid of the CIA. Crypt gets kicked out by the rest of the rogues. The Tiger Tries to convince Scar to to attack while they can but Scar wants to notify the meta's in the CIA base to flee while they can. Tiger then leaves to drink his life away. The M.E.T.A. team then get all their members assembled right in time as Scar threatens the CIA and tells all the meta's there to leave. Crypt then tries to kill The Tiger for going against him. Crypt then kills The Tiger but is badly damaged then tries to go to the CIA base to kill Scar. meanwhile Scar and his army are attacking the CIA M.E.T.A. complex and the M.E.T.A. team and others are defending it. Crypt arrives at the CIA M.E.T.A. Complex to kill scar although the rogue meta's are attacking it already. But the battle stops as Crypt confronts Scar. They fight each other. Scar looks like he is winning by breaking away Crypts' rock armor. But as what looks as a killing blow that breaks through Crypts' armor, His rock armor breaks open and a fire like spirit flairs from him and obliterates scar and many meta's. The M.E.T.A. Team see's this and tries to evacuate everyone from the building. As the fire like phoenix spirit engulfs the structure, Rick thinks of a way to stop crypt. Rick taps into his instinctual power. rick can now spew fire from his arms and hair. He can fly now. Rick tries to trap and eliminate Crypt. He notices that he can't do it quite. Rick sacrifices himself for all the meta's.
