4 jul 1863 año - CIVIL WAR #8: Battle Of Vicksburg
Descripción:
The siege of Vicksburg, (which had General Ulysses S. Grant bogged down for 3 months) was one of the most important victories for the Union. The fortress of Vicksburg was the key to the last Confederate held stretch of the Mississippi River. With its defeat to the Union, the Confederacy was split into two by the mighty river: the Mississippi.
