Evacuation begins for Combine assets as Combine Soldiers begin the procedure to detonate the Citadel core in open a super portal. Exogen begin to overrun the city as the Lambda Resistance begins evacuating the city. The Citadel in City 17 explodes, leveling City 17 and creating a super portal over the ruins.
