Small fire breaks out on Winston’s property. Winston/Carl plant trees to replace the ones that are burned. He takes one in a planter/wheelbarrow over a hill, digs a hole, when he encounters two government surveyors. They tell him they sent many letters(which he didn’t get cause he’s a little crazy now) and are in the process of using eminent domain to seize this portion of the property, to build a highway citing it’s the only path between two hills. Winston loses it. Leaves the tree in the planter next to the hole he dug.
