My Mom works at king's international office. She helps students at kings go on exchange in other countries as well as helping foreign students come to Kings. It is not very difficult for a student to experience another country and can be done at most universities and even some high schools. Most education programs in different countries are fairly uniform, this gives most people in the world a uniform education. Schools in third world countries are excluded, as well as those in communist countries. However, overall schools cover some of the same things. For example, business, Language, and Math, all all taught all over the world.
