What: Established by Reform Rabbis and was related to arguments in the Pittsburgh platform. Said that Judaism is a religion not a race and a Jewish homeland is not necessary but it can be considered a refuge in times of persecution. Jews must accept their minority position and be patriotic to the U.S.
