An election that had four popular candidates. 3 of which were John Quincy Adams, Henry Clay and Andrew Jackson. There was no majority candidate so Henry Clay endorsed John Quincy Adams and helped him win through his influence in the House. They both agree on the American system.Añadido al timeline:
