The Hundred Years’ War was a series of wars fought between England and France. It was fought over disagreements over who should rule the kingdom of France because the English royalty descended from French royalty and had supposedly inherited the Kingdom of France. Many military advancements were made during this war such as longbows and eventually primitive guns.
