Prince Mieczyslaw of Poland was one of several eastern European conversions, including Harald Bluetooth of Denmark, The Olafs of Sweden and Norway, and Wenceslas of Bohemia. Mieczyslaw donated his realm to the papacy to block German and Bohemian claims and remain Catholic to this day.
