By Late 1719 The Clinic had gained a glowing, almost reverant reputation amongst the lay people. The Hospitalier movement began growing exponentially, and rumors swirled about a new religion.

Feeling threatened by this new force the nobility of Cainhurst began distributing arrest warrants for Clinic leadership.

These efforts quickly escaled into armed suppression.
