Action Plan:1: Just stay as healthy as possible and continue moving and doing things so I can still be capable of my everyday life
2: By this time my grandchildren will be grown and going off into the world and I want to offer them my best advice and help their parents help them. Then at some point, if they decide to have their own families, I would love being a great-grandma!
