After Maintenance Meeting around 1:00 PMWas disciplined for wearing sun glasses in the weekly maintenance meeting. Boss asked if I my glasses were prescription. I replied no. She said that I needed to stop wearing them in the meeting because it is unprofessional. I stated that the Foreman II of the electrician wears them and I proceeded to walk away. She replied Troy doesn’t work for me. You work for me, don’t do it again.

Asked for union representation for my now weekly meetings with my boss and Weingarten rights and was granted permission and copy of my rights.
