The Articles of Confederation was not benefiting the federal government and did not unite the country but made it more sensationalized. It supported a weak central government with more states right. Changing to the Constitution helped changed the dynamics of the country, a more firm federal government, a better way to get rid of federal debt as well, more unity among the states, and really established the foundation of the US. The failures of the AOC led to this transition and was very successful as it is still intact today.
