a) complete The legal infrastructure for e-commerce
b) Payment system and e-payment integrated applications is built up and developed to be utilized widely for e-commerce models
c) A service network is developed, covering the transport, delivery and fulfillment of orders of e-commerce in all the provinces and cities in Vietnam
d) E-commerce human resources are provided with train, answering to the demand of different enterprises and organizations.
