grew up under the studying of Plato another philosopher. Together they came up with many influential ideas and topics. He stated that everything is made out of 5 elements; Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Aether. He did not contribute anything to the electron or to the modern atomic theory but rather posed his own idea to what he believed everything was made out of.
