Shaduf was a hand operated system of lifting water. People in Egypt and India still use it today.The shaduf is made of a horizontal beam. It has a bucket or skin on one end to hold the water in it and a counterpart a little heavier on the other end. It is set up like a see saw.Añadido al timeline:
