This began by the American Federation of Labor making a strike against a lot of reasons like poor working conditions and long hours and etc. The number than began to rise quickly an they soon enough had a bunch of people shutting down nearly half of the steel industry. This made the strikes fail and ensure an absence for the next 15 coming years, And thsi ended in January 8, 1920
