* Taking time to assess this explicitly will allow us to
** reset expectations, both internally and externally on what will make it this quarter
** establish the top (or likely the top) of the list for the next quarter
** move in new work to the end of the quarter, as initiatives are switched to the next quarter (think tech debt, not new features per se)
