Mob spawners given a unique tile entity ID, as they previously shared their id with signs which lead to various problems.
Removed all cloth colors except white.
Changed the ID of white cloth from 36 to 35 (originally used by gray cloth).
Passive mob spawning drastically reduced.
Tree density reduced.

Fixed:
Minecart rotating bug fixed.
