Communist partisans grouped and gained control of southern Albania, then called a congress of members of the National Liberation Front (NLF), which chose an Anti-Fascist Council of National Liberation to act as Albania's administration and legislature.
The Cold War concept that this event matches with is Sphere Of Influence. This is because the communist coup was supported by the USSR in order to gain Allies during the end of WW2.
