Another post-war meeting o discuss what would happen with Germany. Unfortunately F.D. Roosevelt had passed away between the two conferences and Harry Truman had stepped in as President. Harry Truman showed his dislike for communism very openly and wasn't very good at dealing with Joseph Stalin, this eventually made the two countries become enemies.
