He said that Ruby's parents forgot who she was after she accidentally used her abilities to make her parents forget her. Her father reported her as a missing child to the police and she was brought to Thurmond. "I'm excited to meet her that's all. It's not that often that you find another Orange." Clancy reveals that he is also an Orange.
