Massacre
Descripción:
Colonists violently protesting against the Townshend Acts. Boston was viewed to be the most rebellious of them all. Many soldiers were there to maintain order. In front of the Customs house were many colonists throwing snowballs, some with rocks in them. One threw a club at the soldiers then the soldiers fired into the crowd. 5 colonists were killed and 6 were injured. John Adams and Samuel Adams both defended the soldiers that they acted in self-defence and shouldn't be charged for murder.
