The AoC was the first unicameral government. It took ⅔ vote of the states to make decisions. Contributing to the military was not a requirement, so raising a military was difficult. Another problem was the economy because they were printing to much money. The government wasn´t able to regulate trade between states, so the states would put tariffs on goods from certain states. this affected the constitution because it affected how the government distributed money and on what. It also might affect how they would choose to run their country. If the first government wasn´t unicameral then we would never know if it worked because we would have always been a bicameral country.
