The Boston Massacre started off as a simple conflict in front of the Boston City Hall. Although stories between who did what are mixed up, historians know that five colonists were killed by the British soldiers including Crispus Attucks. This was a historical event that lead up to the American Revolution, because it created even more of a tension between the British monarch and the colonies.
