Descripción:

A new meeting of the Continental Congress, where they wrote the Olive Branch Petition, which offered a way to end the war, but asked for a ceasefire, repeal of the Coercive Acts, and an establishment of the rights of colonists. They also established the Continental Army, naming George Washington as Commander in Chief.
