Polly Pocket is a collection of miniature dolls and accessories that were "pocket" sized. When a child opened the plastic case, a dollhouse could be found inside, filled with small furniture. This toy was popular because it was portable, and children could take their Polly Pockets wherever they went.

The target market for this toy was probably young girls ages 6-7.
