o	High fever, cough, runny nose, red eyes, reddish rash all over the body
•	Treatment: 
o	Vaccine that was safely developed in the 1960s 
•	Historical Events:
o	900AD: where the disease was described to be worse than smallpox 
o	1600s: Leading cause of death in eastern seaboard cities 
o	1778: James Cook makes for contact for a European

o	1893: US overthrew Hawaiian monarchy 
o	1954: Virus identified 
o	1990s: Wakefield who told the public (Perceived risk) that there children would get autism if infected
