After some testing, it was noted there were many problems with the Xbox 360, like issues with the disc drive and cracking heat sinks. Although Microsoft was made aware of this, the Xbox 360 was still put into production. This would later be the cause of many issues with consoles that were sold to the consumers. One of the major Issues was the Red Ring of Death, which would show up on the console when there was a hardware malfunction and would end up leaving the console useless.
